Dear Loyal fellow Golfers, Members, and Valued guests,
Coloniale Golf Club would like to welcome you to the 2020 golf season. It has been a very tough road for all of us but we are pleased to be able to offer golf in a safe and fun format to provide critical recreation during the phased re-opening of the economy and as we continue to fight off the pandemic.
We can’t stress enough how CRITICAL it is that each and every one of you review and follow the following protocols for booking, payment, playing, and keeping yourself and others safe.
These procedures are new to each of us and will continue to evolve but they are critical to your safety as well as that of our staff and so we must work together to ensure success during this time. Our first priority is the health and safety of our team members, golfers, guests and our communities through these challenging times.
Safety will rely on the full cooperation of golfers and our team members from the time we arrive at the facility until the time we leave. We have implemented a number of safety measures including but not limited to:
· ensuring team member health
· practicing physical distancing
· reducing the number of touch points & rigorous cleaning of remaining touch points
· training our team members on enhanced cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing procedures, and,
· requiring the cooperation of golfers through adherence to our policies and procedures as well as AHS guidelines.
A full list of the internal measures we have implemented can be found on our website at www.coloniale.ca and these measures are also posted at the Pro Shop and First Tee Areas. While we do hope that our environment will return to normal in the not too distant future, for now, this mode of operation will become the new normal for the foreseeable future.
Below are critical details that ALL GOLFERS must review, and abide by for our joint health, safety and success.
ONLINE and TELEPHONE Tee time bookings will be open for registration Thursday May 7th at 3:00pm for golf bookings starting on and after May 9, 2020.
